This new sound set for "Outlook Express 5 Mac Edition" replaces Microsoft's predefined, abstract audio signals (for sending, receiving etc.) with more informative, natural human speech (English). Just unstuff and drop the file into the folder "sound sets" in your OE5 folder, then quit and restart OE5 and select "Achim’s OE5 Speech" in "Edit ... Preferences ... Notification" (see image).
